What is important to Matthew is the quality of life, and keeping a balance in the different pieces that make it up. Matthew helps people find hope and reasonable solutions to the everyday problems  they face. He has spent many years working directly with people in training and community development, both in the USA, Caribbean and Mexico. All of society is a web of interacting relationships, both business and personal. That is why there is no greater joy for Matthew than to help increase the quality of peoples’ lives and the relationships that make them up.

Believing that each individual is often the best source of solutions to their own problems, Matthew takes the time to help you gain perspective, consider options and move forward with peace and confidence. Everyone has a story! Matthew enjoys hearing from his clients as a means of understanding and addressing the need for mediation and other concrete solutions.

Matthew is married to his wife Vici of 19 years, and they have two teenage daughters, Kathryn and Mary who are their pride and joy. They reside in Vancouver, WA where they enjoy the great outdoors, the farmers market and serving their local community.
