How does the process work?
You can begin with FREE phone call consultation.   If you proceed, the first interview/consultation will determine the process and Scope of Work.  A proposal is submitted, along with a mediation agreement, before work begins.  The next step often involves others in the conflict.  Narratives are submitted by the parties and follow up interviews are scheduled with Dr. Kinnison.  A full mediation may be scheduled with all parties, or a series of individual mediations with those in conflict.  If the latter is followed, then a full report or mediation is given back to the larger group, managers, CEO or owners.

How much does it cost?
The hourly rate for Dr. Kinnison is $160 and is applied to all phone calls, emails, and work conducted.  However, Genesis Mediation does not charge for phone calls or emails which take less that 10 minutes.   During actual mediation, the rate for Dr. Kinnison is $80 per hour, per principle at the table unless a flat rate is offered and accepted.
