Doctor and Nurse 200x300 Medical Clinics/PracticesPhysicians are recruited and retained to practice in a specialty.  Personality, relational ability and bedside manners are not often considered.  The practice group or Clinic Administrator needs to fill a slot.  Once the new physician arrives, conflict can begin erupting at various levels.  Some physicians can be abrupt with support staff, nurses or even patients creating a tense and stressful work environment.  Some clinics may even see a loss of patients if issues are not resolved. Others may lose other physicians or competent staff in the clinic or practice group.  The cost of resolving conflict is far less than recruitment and training of new staff or the transition of another physician.

Dr. Kinnison works to resolve conflicts at all levels: physician to physician, physician to nurse or support staff, or physician to patient.  He can assist with inter office conflict between nurses and support staff as well.
