How to Conduct a Monthly Parent Meeting with Your Ex
Communication around and for the kids is critical for them to thrive. Many parents can struggle to keep focused on the kids and drift to other issues of conflict. Genesis Mediation can help you and your ex to conduct monthly parent meetings that keep you on track, mitigate the conflict, and help your kids to win. One of our mediators facilitates the first Monthly Parent Meeting, then each parent takes a turn leading the next two with the mediator observing and coaching. Genesis Mediation discounts the regular rate of $160 an hour to $100 for these meetings. Parents who meet on a monthly or at least alternating month basis discover less conflict and increased communication around the children. Children win when dad and mom can effectively co-parent together.
