Dr. Kinnison offers consultation services in the following areas for non-profits:

Formulation – Creating a Board of Directors, business plan, and assisting with filing for non-profit status with the IRS.  He conducts behavioral interviews for boards hiring Executive Directors.

Evaluations – Many non-profits struggle to evaluate the Executive Director or staff with full, non-partial views.  Dr. Kinnison conducts full 360 evaluations with confidentiality.

Systemic issues creating conflict – Conflict always exists between people.  However, systemic elements can lead people into continual areas of conflict due to process.  Dr. Kinnison can evaluate and recommend changes to systemic issues.
